Do you accept returns on heavy equipment?
Returns are generally not accepted once heavy equipment or machinery has been delivered, as products are supplied based on confirmed specifications and project requirements. Exceptions may apply in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect supply.
What if the equipment is damaged during delivery?
If equipment is received in damaged condition, please inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or documentation. Our team will assess the issue and coordinate repair, replacement, or resolution as applicable.
Do you offer refunds?
